Evidara is a business management platform designed to help small and medium businesses record sales, manage expenses, track inventory, manage customer debts, generate invoices, handle bookings, and understand business performance.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use Evidara.

When you create an account, we may collect your name, email address, business name, login details, and profile information needed to operate your account.

When you use the app, we may store business data you enter, including sales, expenses, inventory items, customer names, customer phone numbers, debt records, invoice details, bookings, notes, and payment records.

We may also collect technical information such as device type, browser type, IP address, usage logs, and error logs so we can keep the service secure and improve performance.

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your Evidara account.
• Provide the features available inside the app.
• Store and display your business records.
• Process subscription payments and manage billing.
• Send account, security, payment, and service-related notifications.
• Improve the reliability, safety, and performance of Evidara.
• Respond to support requests.

Evidara may use trusted third-party providers to operate the service. These may include Supabase for authentication, database, and storage services; Stripe for subscription payments and billing; Google OAuth for sign-in; and messaging services such as WhatsApp Business tools for customer reminders where enabled.

These providers only receive the information needed to provide their part of the service. Their use of information is also governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

Evidara does not store full card details. Subscription payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe may collect and process payment details, billing information, and transaction records in order to complete payments, manage subscriptions, prevent fraud, and comply with financial regulations.

If you sign in using Google, we may receive basic account information such as your name, email address, and profile image, depending on what Google makes available and what you approve during sign-in. We use this information only to create and manage your Evidara account.

You may enter information about your own customers, including names, phone numbers, debt records, payment history, booking details, and invoice information. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to enter and use that customer data inside Evidara.

We do not sell your customer data. We use it only to provide the Evidara features you choose to use.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for signing out of shared devices.

You may request access to your account data, ask us to correct inaccurate information, request deletion of your account, or ask for an export of your data where technically available.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements.

If you delete your account, some records may remain for a limited period in backups, logs, financial records, or legal compliance records.

Evidara is intended for business users and is not directed at children. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Evidara after changes means you accept the updated policy.
